Maseru, Mar.25 — The High Court has on Monday issued bail conditions to Leutsoa Motsieloa and Motloheloa Ntsane, who were on Friday last week granted bail.
Motsieloa and Ntsane are some of the accused in the Treason trial and the court directed that due to the gravity of the charges against them, they should pay M10,000.00 bail deposit. They were further directed to secure M70,000.00 surety.
The court ordered that they should stand trial to finality and not interfere with witnesses. It also ordered that they report themselves to the police at the Central Charge Office every Friday between 8:00 in the morning and 4:00 in the afternoon.
The accused were directed to surrender their travel documents to an investigating officer in the matter and seek permission from him whenever they want to leave the jurisdiction of the court. . .
