COURT OF APPEALSESSION COMMENCES 

Maseru, Oct. 09— The Court of Appeal on Monday officially commenced its October and second session for 2023. 

Among other activities which marked the beginning of the session was observation of a moment of silence for Justice November Mtshiya of Zimbabwe, one of the foreign Acting Judges of the Court Of Appeal who passed away in August this year at the age of 77. 

President of the Court of Appeal Professor Kananelo Mosito  also acknowledged that two judges of the High Court Justices Moroke Mokhesi and Polo Banyane have joined the Court of Appeal for the current session.
