Maseru, Oct. 23—–The Court of Appeal through Judges Kananelo Mosito (President of the Court), Petrus Damaseb, Moses Chinghengo, Johann Van de Westeheizen and Moroke Mokhesi has on Monday raised concern about non-compliance of rules of the court by lawyers.
This the court raised in a case in which the Prime Minister and two others are challenging a decision of the High Court sitting as a Constitutional Court which was in favour of Machesetsa Mofomobe and Moeketsi Shale.
