Maseru, Sept.19—-The High Court through Justice Polo Banyane is on Friday expected to deliver its verdict in a trial within trial, in a murder case against five army members who are alleged to have killed three men at Mafeteng in 2012.
The Court has heard arguments in which the defence challenged the admissibility of evidence by Major General Ramanka Mokaloba who stated that one of the accused, Litekanyo Nyakane, gave him a report about the incident which led to the deaths of the deceased persons in the matter.
They argued that Nyakane was under statutory duty to report when he made the report to his superior, therefore that report cannot be used as evidence before court.
