Maseru, Aug 21- Democratic Congress Youth League (DCYL) will hold an elective conference at Moshoeshoe II Hall in Matsieng starting on Friday to Sunday.
DCYL Conference Chairperson Mr. Pheello Sehlabaka told the Agency on Monday that the delegates will elect the entire youth league membership starting with the President down to the last member.
