Maseru, Oct. 22 — The opposition Democratic Congress Youth League (DCYL) has appealed to the youth to debate on policies rather than engaging in vulgar language when expressing themselves during this period of prevailing political climate.
In the press release issued to the media on Sunday, the DCYL says the youth should be exemplary as the future leaders of this country to desist from being used to insult other political leaders but to rather debate vigorously on policies which can best take the country out of poverty.
They referred to the joint statement that was made by youth of the present coalition government last week, where they condemned the motion of no confidence in the Government and the Prime Minister.
They further labelled the Members of Parliament who supported the motion for vomiting what they eat while in the Free State, the statement which seemed to anger the DCYL.
