DECISION OF HIGH COURT IS SET ASIDE 

Maseru, May.03—- The Court of Appeal has on Friday set aside a decision by the High Court to decline Constitutional jurisdiction in a case between Advocate Rethabile Setlojoane and the Commissioner of Police.
