NANABOLELE BLANKET EXHIBITION RETURNS

Maseru, Nov. 18 — The Nanabolele Blanket Exhibition has returned to the ‘Mantsopa Art Gallery, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Lesotho through traditional Basotho blankets. 

According to Morija Museum and Archives this exhibition provides a unique opportunity for visitors to immerse themselves in the vibrant colors, textures and patterns that define Basotho style.

It has pointed out that Exhibition Highlights cultural significance, adding that the Basotho blanket is an integral part of Lesotho’s cultural identity, symbolising heritage, status and protection.

For Traditional Designs, the exhibition features a variety of traditional blanket designs, including Victory Blankets, Royal Collection and Young Designer blankets.
