Maseru, Feb.07 — The High Court through Chief Justice Sakoane Sakoane is on March 05 2025 expected to hear an application for acquittal of the accused charged with the murder of Lisebo Tang, which occurred near the residence of Former Army Commander Tlali Kamoli in 2014.
The application comes after the prosecution closed its case after leading several witnesses to make its case against the accused.
The prosecution presented before the court a statement of facts together with exhibits comprising medical report, two AK47 rifles and a postmortem report.
According to the postmortem report which was conducted on May 14, 2014, the cause of the death of the deceased was multiple gunshot wounds with injuries to internal organs. . .
