CASE FAILS TO PROCEED AGAIN

Maseru, Aug. 28 —- A case in which some members of the Lesotho Defence Force including Retired Army Commander Tlali Kamoli are accused of the 2014 bombings, which was on Monday postponed to today after it could not proceed, has once again failed to proceed.

The case was on Friday last week adjourned to Monday and was scheduled to continue until Friday. It however did not proceed because the defence lawyers have not been paid their pro deo fees and are unable to continue to render their services while their payment is pending.

The case has therefore been postponed to April 14 to May 02 2025.

Among the witnesses who have testified in this case is Major General Ramanka Mokaloba. He testified that Kamoli told him about a plan to attack the homes of Liabiloe Ramoholi at Moshoeshoe II and Khothatso Tsooana at Ha Abia in 2014.
