DIGITAL PAYMENT REGISTERS PROGRESS

Maseru, Sept. 27 – At least 4 500 old age pensioners are paid digitally through Mpesa and Eco cash since registrations with mobile network operators.

This was revealed by the Department of Social Development Public Relations Officer Mrs. Mpho Makhetha in an interview with the Agency.

Mrs. Makhetha said this number is expected to increase as registrations are continuing, saying this is  a success.
