Maseru, Aug.21— The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Advocate Hlalefang Motinyane has on Monday introduced Adv. Rethabile Setlojoane as a new lead prosecutor as well as Adv. Lehlohonolo Phooko as his assistant, in a murder trial against some members of the army who are accused of killing Brigadier Maaparankoe Mahao.
This was after Advocates Shaun Abrahams and Motene Rafoneke who were initially briefed to prosecute the same matter withdrew their services.
