Mafeteng, Nov.20 — The Ministry of Education and Training through the Department of Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) is currently visiting pre-schools in the district.
The activity which is carried out in collaboration with the Department of Schools Self Reliance Feeding Unit World started on Monday at the Education Centre of Ha Makhakhe covering Early Childhood Care and Development Centres of Ha Sekhobe, Ha Mosala, Masemouse and it is expected to extend to Matelile.
In an interview with Early Childhood Care and Development Teacher Ms. Lerato Posa said the activity is aimed at encouraging parents together with Early Childhood Care and Development Centres to grow vegetables to supplement food provided by the World Food Programme (WFP) within pre-schools. . .
