FARMERS READY FOR SUMMER CROPPING

Maseru,Sep.17–With the rain showers that hit most parts of the country from last night into the morning hours of Tuesday, farmers have revealed that they are ready to embark on a journey towards  summer cropping.

Speaking in an interview with the Agency on Tuesday, Mr. Ntsime Seoja of Thuathe said  the rain showers have given them hope as the country had experienced a long time drought that has caused low yield in their previous cropping season.

He mentioned that the rain came at the right time which will enable most farmers to embark on their journey on lands with moisture that will enable easy sprouting of their seeds…
