Maseru, July 20 — Finance and Development Planning Minister, Dr. Rets’elisitsoe Matlanyane will table subordinate laws during the National Assembly reconvening from the winter adjournment at the old Parliament building on Monday.
According to the Order Paper which shows the National Assembly’s daily business shows that Dr. Matlanyane will table the Fugitive Offenders Regulations 2024, Money Laundering and Proceeds of Crime (Amendment) Regulations 2024 as well as Financial Consumer Protection (Marketing and Advertising) Regulations 2024.
The Order Paper also shows that Dr. Matlanyane will table Financial Institutions (Credit Only and Deposit Taking Microfinance Institutions) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and Central Bank of Lesotho (Collective Investment Schemes) Amendment Regulations 2024 and that on the same day she will table the Companies (Beneficial Ownership) Regulations 2024.
