Qacha’sNek, Dec.19—Senior Magistrate Ts’eliso Bale has granted Mr. Khosi Moseme (18) of Qabane, Ha-‘Malane a M300 bail.
Mr. Moseme is charged with contravention of Sexual Offenses Act of 2003 as he is accused of raping a 14-year old girl on November 05, 2023.
