INTERVENTIONS IN THE PIPELINE FOR A PREGNANT TEENAGER

Qacha’s Nek, July.05 — District Child Protection Team (DCPT) members have on Friday committed to jointly intervene in a teenage pregnancy case next week.

The Agency learnt this during a case conference meeting which revealed that a 15-year-old girl’s future tatters due to pregnancy caused by an ex-boyfriend who is now 19 years.

Teenage pregnancy is not just a health hazard to girls, but it is also a social and economic problem. . .
