Maseru, Jul. 05 — Principal Chiefs have pledged to work hand in hand with the Food and Nutrition Coordinating Office (FNCO) to ensure sustainable food supply in their villages.
Principal Chief of Tsikoane, Chieftainess Ponts’o Seoehla Mathealira said for years they have experienced unexplained deaths, children dropping out of school, oblivious of the exact cause, but now that they have been made aware of the root of the problem, they are going to work with the coordinating office to ensure that people have constant supply of food.
Speaking of the strategy they intend to use, Chieftainess Seoehla Mathealira mentioned establishment of community gardens as their point of departure. . . .
