Thaba – Tseka, July. 06 – Auxiliary Social Worker at Tenesulu Council K01 has highlighted the need for the society to keep national identity documents with care for smooth issuance of government’s grants.
Ms. Seipaiti Phakisi said this when addressing a gathering at the Council before issuance of grants to beneficiaries including Basic Education Strengthening Project (BESP) to over 40 children within the Council.
She indicated the importance of these documents, that is identity documents, children’s birth certificates amongst others when applying and receiving BESP grants for verifications purposes.
Prior to arrival at the above pay-point, the media team tour made up of Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) Public Relations officers organised by Social Development visited Boitelo primary pay-point at Tsoelike village as well. At the pay-point, the media team discovered only two are beneficiaries of BESP.
