Maseru, Aug 30—The Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) Ladies soccer team managed to earn a valuable point in their CAF Champions League COSAFA qualifiers opening match against NTOPWA of Malawi played in KwaZulu/ Natal city of Durban on Wednesday.
Maseriti Mohlolo scored the vital goal after intercepting a back pass and found her one on one with the Ntopwa goalkeeper before slotting the goal to equalise in the 86th minute of the game.
This was after Malawi took the second half lead just a few minutes after failing to convert a penalty at the stroke of half time.
