Maseru, June 16 — The Public Accounts Committee has on Monday resumed its proceedings with Lesotho Electricity Company (LEC) board and management, following last week’s court ruling against LEC ‘s application.
Prior to proceedings, PAC Chairperson Mrs. Machabana Lemphane-Letsie requested LEC board, management and suspended officers to take an oath before giving evidence and they did as requested.
The committee also recapped on last meeting with the company to allow continuation of gathering evidence. . .
