Maseru, June 04 — The meeting between Public Accounts Committee (PAC) and Lesotho Electricity Company (LEC) failed to proceed on Wednesday pending finalisation of the latter’s court application fee to be allowed not to appear before the committee anymore and to have all information furnished earlier as null and void.
PAC received the letter in the morning when it was ready to resume the meeting and awaiting LEC representatives.
The Chairperson Mrs. Machabana Lemphane-Letsie said this was funny as everything has already been recorded in the Hansard just like all information reported before Parliament” she stressed . . . .
