Maseru, June.20 — The President of the Republic of Namibia Dr. Nangolo Mbumba has accredited Mr. Ntsime Jafeta as the High Commissioner of the Kingdom of Lesotho to the Republic of Namibia.
This comes after Mr. Jafeta has presented his letter of credence to the President in Namibia.
During his presentation Mr. Jafeta emphasised the need to have a General Cooperation Agreement between the two countries that can provide a legal framework for identification of bilateral cooperation programmes. . .
