Maseru, June 20 — A man has been slapped with a 10 years without an option of a fine after being found guilty for sexual offence.
This was said by Chief Officer Bokang Ramotena from the ParaLegal office in Maseru Central Institution on Thursday.
In a weekly report, Chief Officer Ramotena stated that there are three men who have been sentenced for assault, three others for common theft, one sentenced for vandalism, two others jailed for house breaking.
She said among the 65 who are awaiting trial, there are 57 men, seven boys and a woman.
