Berea, Nov. 25 — Lioli Football Club management says the ongoing rehabilitation of the place allocated for Tse Nala’s playground at Ha Ramonaheng conducted by the Teyateyaneng Urban Council is taking shape.
This follows a two weeks ago hostile situation whereby the construction activity of Teyateyaneng Bus Terminal at the place which used to be Lioli FC ground was nearly halted by the team management as the team demanded back its place over an alleged breach of contract by the Urban Council.
According to the Lioli FC General Manager, Mr. Lekhooa Thabaneng, the earth works and the ground leveling of the new Lioli F.C playground have made a notable progress after resolving their misunderstanding with the council and the machinery onsite are likely to complete the work on Wednesday next week.
Mr. Thabaneng said this week their key focus is to plant the grass on the play field and it later be followed by other activities such as fencing the place, installation of water supply pipes to facilitate the irrigation of such grass.
