Leribe, Feb. 22 — With the purpose of enriching water development in the country, Lesotho Lowlands Water Development Project Phase II was officially launched on Thursday at Hlotse in Leribe by Minister of Energy.
Addressing the crowd at Pitso ground, the Minister of Energy Mr. Mohlomi Moleko said phase II is supported to the tune of M4 Billion by World Bank. European Union, European Investment Bank and the Government of Lesotho.
He explained that the Government of Lesotho is aimed accomplishing number six of sustainable development goals of accessing clean water by everyone by 2030 hence the project. . .
