Botha-Bothe, Nov. 01 — The Lesotho Lowlands Water and Sanitation Project (LLWSP) is set to launch a climate change awareness campaign targeting the communities of Botha-Bothe and parts of Leribe.
According to Mr. Ntiea Letsapo, a hydrologist from LLWSP, climate change awareness is an integral component of the project. Despite the prominence of climate change issues, the project’s focus is on raising awareness about water conservation and management to empower communities to become self-reliant during droughts.
