LMPS LAUNCHES YOUTH VOLUNTARY COMMUNITY SERVICE

Qacha’sNek, May.24—Today has seen the official launch of the Lesotho Mounted Police  Services (LMPS) Youth Voluntary Community Service (YVCS) programme  in Ha Mosuoe, Tsoelike.

Ha-Mosuoe has  a youth farming project which commenced with the support of   ‘Mareatlehile Pitso, Qacha’snek Police Station Crime Prevention Unit (CPU), Sipho Fako, Ha Mosuoe resident and community leaders; Chieftainess ‘Malireko Sehahle and Councillor  Hlompho Monamatha.

The launch started with a fun-walk in the morning with youth  placards written messages saying “Stop abuse of drugs”, “Evey child has a right to education”, and “Children have a right to good health” to mention a few…
