ORPHANS ARE WOUNDED – RAPHOLO 

Qacha’s Nek, Sept. 18 – Orphaned children are wounded hence the need to treat them well so that they can attain their dreams.

Bursary Administrator in the Ministry of Gender, Youth and Social Development Ms. Itumeleng Rapholo said this on Wednesday at Qacha’s Nek high school during Basic Education Strengthening Project (BESP) meeting attended by parents and guardians in regard to M1500 top up uniform for needy learners in grade eight and nine.

Ms. Rapholo stipulated that how guardians speak, conduct and regulate behavior of orphans have long term positive or negative implications on the lives of these children, there more reasons why guardians ought to be wiser. . .
