Maseru, Nov 18 – Former National Reforms Authority (NRA) Chairperson Chief Pelele Letsoela has applauded the court of appeal judgement which has ruled in favour of the applicant Mr. Kananelo Boloetse in which had sought the court’s intervention about the reforms to start afresh on Friday.
When approached for comment, Morena Letsoela said he was happy with the Court of Appeal judgement that ruled in favour of Mr. Boloetse, saying it was wrong for the tenth parliament to chop and change some of the national reforms.
He also pointed out that the tenth parliament wanted to instruct the incoming government to start the reforms where they were when the tenth parliament was dissolved which he said the Court of Appeal said was wrong. . .
