Mokhotlong Oct. 17 — The Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) held a roadshow for the Mokhotlong community from different sectors that include business and agriculture amongst others in the district on Tuesday.
Addressing participants of the roadshow, the Corporation’s Interim Chief Executive Officer Mr. Molise Ramaili said LNDC has prioritised sectors including Agriculture and Agro processing, Manufacturing, Tourism and Hospitality, as well as Technology and Innovation in its five year strategic plan of 2023/2028.
He said the strategic plan has been developed in line with the National Strategic Development Plan (NSDP) II to further promote investment by encouraging Basotho to tap into the business opportunities these sectors have in order to create generational wealth while at the same time addressing issues of unemployment facing the nation particularly the youth.
