LOCAL GOVT DAY ANNOUNCED A PUBLIC HOLIDAY

Maseru, Sept 22 – The Local Government election polling day has been officially declared as a Public Holiday.

The Local Government elections polling day is on Friday September 29 this year.

According to the Lesotho Government Gazette N0. 71 which has been released on Friday, pursuant to section 3 of the Public Holidays Act, 1995 and acting in accordance with the advice of the Minister responsible for home affairs, King Letsie III appoint the 29th September, 2023 to be observed as a Public Holiday.
