LTDC ADVOCATES FOR WOMEN IN TOURISM

Botha-Bothe, Oct. 20 — The Lesotho Tourism Development Cooperation (LTDC), in collaboration with the newly registered Women in Tourism Lesotho Association (WTLA), is actively engaging across the country to promote women’s participation in the Association.

During their visit to Botha-Bothe, WTLA President Ms. Mats’eliso Mokuoane expressed the commitment of women in the tourism industry to work together in ensuring the prosperity of Lesotho’s tourism sector while emphasizing the crucial role of women in its growth.

The primary objective of the association is to unite women, fostering the exchange of experiences and knowledge among themselves to enhance their success in the industry. Ms. Mokuoane emphasized the significance of women collaborating, making it easier for potential funders to support them.
