Maseru, Sept. 09 — The Morija Museum and Archives (MMA)has announced the official launch of Morija Arts and Cultural Festival (MACUFE) which is scheduled to be on September 25.
In an interview the by Mrs. ’Mamokuena Makhema, Curator of the Morija Museum and Archives said the launch will resume with the renowned Nanabolele Blanket Exhibition.
She said the Basotho blanket is an important cultural symbol for the Basotho people and is worn as a sign of protection against the cold weather, and a symbol of identity, heritage and status. . .
