VULTURE COUNT DAY COMMEMORATED IN QUTHING 

Quthing, Sept. 09 — At least twenty-seven (27) vultures comprise of two (2) eagles have been counted at an event held to mark 2024 International Vulture Count Day at Ha-Tlhaku in Quthing.

The event annually marked on first Saturday of September is intended to raise awareness about the importance of vultures.

The day also promote important work carried out by conservationists around the world to conserve and protect these magnificent birds. . .
