Leribe, May. 23 (LENA) The Founder and Executive Director of Makhala Thekiso Girls Foundation says the Men’s conference preparations scheduled for June 6 are complete.
The conference will be held at Hlotse in Leribe, aimed at reaching out to men in solving issues affecting them
Mrs. Makhala Thekiso said the purpose of the conference is to engage men into Gender Based Violence (GBV).
She explained that in most cases Gender Based Violence issues are viewed as affecting only women and girls,thus men do not feel the need to take part .
