Mafeteng, Nov. 10–The Mafeteng Magistrate Court has sentenced a 36 year old Mathomane Manana Mpharane Ntjepeleng from Mohale’s hoek to one year imprisonment or pay a fine of M1,500:00 for housebreaking with Intent to steal.
According to the evidence before court, the convict on October 29, 2023 intentionally and unlawfully decided to break into the shop belonging to Mafamo Makhethe Ha ‘Meatse in Matelile.
