Maseru, Sept.17 — Celebrations associated to the 200 years of existence of the Basotho nation seems to be increasing in numbers that have also birthed the first Basotho Mega music festival.
While revealing the details of this event, one of the organisers Advocate Makhetha Mots’oari said that this event an initiative of the government through the Ministry of Tourism, Gender, Sports, Arts and Culture that is aimed at showcasing Lesotho’s music talent, culture, practices and norms.
He stated that it is done as a collaborative effort of at least 12 Basotho owned entertainment companies which are expected to bring on stage different Basotho artists from different genres of music. . .
