ORAL HEALTH AWARENESS  WEEK MARKED AT TIPING HS

Quthing, August 29 – – As part of district activities to mark Oral Health Awareness Week, more than one hundred and thirty students from Tiping Government High School (GHS) received toothbrushes and toothpaste  from the Oral Health Division of the district department of health.

The students also got an opportunity of free oral consultation and arrangement will be made with the school principal for filling of teeth to those that need such service to be provided at school on dates to be scheduled while those that need serious attention were referred to the Quthing government hospital.    

The toothpastes and toothbrushes were distributed for promotion of oral hygiene  to prevent oral diseases in response to the theme “Protect your tooth, avoid teeth loss”…
