Mafeteng, Jan. 09 — The Mafeteng Magistrate Court has sentenced Lisema Moholoholo (35) of Thabaneng Leloaleng to 10 years imprisonment or pay a fine of M10,000 for housebreaking with intent to steal and theft.
According to the evidence led before court the convict on June 02, 2023 intentionally, wrongfully and unlawfully stole unknown number of pick mattocks belonging to the Ministry of Works and Transport.
It showed that the equipment was discovered outside the ministry’s premises by one of the security guards working with convict who reported the matter to the responsible officer.
