DC LOSES APPEAL 

Maseru, Nov.17— The Court of Appeal has on Friday dismissed an appeal in which Democratic Congress (DC) was challenging a decision of the High Court which was in favour of the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC). 

The appellant (DC) was in this matter asking the Court of Appeal to set aside new calculations of Proportional Representation (PR) seats made by the IEC following the October 07 2022 General Elections.  

Its legal representative Advocate Motiea Teele (KC) had argued before the Court of Appeal that exclusion is not authorised. He insisted that initial calculations should stand. He asked that the appeal should succeed.  . .
