APPEAL BY PSs GETS DISMISSED 

Maseru, Nov.17— The Court of Appeal has on Friday dismissed an appeal by some of the Principal Secretaries (PSs) who are still engaged in a legal battle with the Government of Lesotho regarding termination of their employment contracts. 

The approached the Court of Appeal challenging a decision of the High Court whereby it admitted an affidavit of the Minister of Public Service Mr. Richard Ramoeletsi.  

The appellants argued that the High Court was not correct in admitting the affidavit while the respondents argued that the decision was right. The appellants thus asked the Court of Appeal to set aside the decision of the High Court while the respondents insisted that it be upheld. . .
