DYSFUNCTION MUST BE AVOIDED-JUDGE 

Maseru, Jan.26— Justice Charles Hungwe who is presiding over a case in which nine members of the Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) are accused of killing Brigadier Maaparankoe Mahao, says dysfunction that is a result of tactics in the criminal justice process must be avoided. 

This he said in a judgment on a bail application by the accused in the case which he dismissed on grounds that they failed to satisfy the requirements of exceptional circumstances…
