COURT RAISES CONCERN ON USE OF LANGUAGE 

Maseru, Nov.17— The Court of Appeal has on Friday raised concern about use of language in an affidavit by the respondents in a case in which the Prime Minister and two others were challenging a decision of the High Court sitting as a Constitutional Court which was in favour of Machesetsa Mofomobe and Moeketsi Shale.   

Mofomobe and Shale had instituted legal action against the Prime Minister following a warrant of seizure of their cellphones by the National Security Services (NSS). They challenged the validity of the warrant.  

It was alleged that Mofomobe was in possession of classified information which he obtained from the NSS member Ithabeleng Pitso without authorisation.  . .
