Qacha’s nek, Feb.12 — Educational resources are still a barrier for students at Matseka Primary School, Ha Mapote, Tebellong.
The principal Mrs. Mapallo Hlephe urged heavily that they desperately need school building, which is basic in every school, shelter for conducive learning.
Mrs. Hlephe stated that, they go through so much during rainy season, adding that they previously would rely on Utility grant which is no longer given to them.. .
