MAYAMBELA, WALTERS EXPRESS GRATITUDE TO LESOTHO

Maseru, Jan. 23 — Former South African Premier Soccer League (PSL) stars Mark Mayambela and Shu Aib Walters have expressed their gratitude to the Lesotho Football Association (LeFA) for being afforded the opportunity to enrol for the CAF B Coaching Licence Diploma course in the Kingdom.

LeFA Media Officer Mr. Mikia Kalati told the Agency on Tuesday that The Capetonians were among a group of 29 coaches, 26 of which are locals, who completed the three blocks of the course by sitting for theoretical examinations on Monday after they were taken through practicals on Saturday and Sunday.

He said Mayambela, who made a name for himself playing for the likes of Bloemfontein Celtic, Orlando Pirates and SuperSport United in a career spanning for 14 years, stated that they go back to South Africa as better coaches and human beings.
