Mafeteng, July 09 — Members of the press currently on a media tour in the southern part of the country visited households under Basic Education Strengthening Project (BESP) at Mapotu, Ha Mohapi.
Beneficiaries visited are those living at Mapotu, Ha Mohapi, Ha Theko and Ha Tang and other villages.
These people have received a M1500 World Bank top up meant to address grade eight, nine and 10 needy students’ school uniforms so as to ease their education needs.
Upon arrival at Mapotu, Ha Mohapi the media team interviewed Mrs. ‘Mankaiseng Theko (44) telling the team her husband died last year, thus fueling the financial instability in the family.
