MID-TERM BUDGET REVIEW PRESENTATION DUE WEDNESDAY

Maseru, Nov 06 – This year’s mid-term budget review presentation is due on Wednesday this week following the letter read by Speaker of the National Assembly Mr. Tlohang Sekhamane in the National Assembly on Monday.

Mr. Sekhamane told the House that he has received the letter from the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning Principal Secretary Ms. Nthoateng Lebona who requested for a joint sitting in order to allow the Minister Dr. Retsélisitsoe Matlanyane to present the mid-term budget review statement.

“I am formally requesting your esteemed offices’ assistance in making the necessary arrangements for the Honourable Minister of Finance and Development Planning to deliver her statement on the Mid-Term Budget Review in a joint sitting of the National Assembly and the Senate,” the Speaker quoted Ms. Lebona.
