Maseru, Jul.25—-Major General Ramanka Mokaloba who is currently under cross-examination in the ongoing bombings trial has been blamed for the bombings which occurred at the homes of Liabiloe Ramoholi in Moshoeshoe II and Khothatso Tsooana at Ha Abia as well as shooting of Teboho Mojapela in January 2014.
