Mohale’s Hoek, Sept.18 — The Principal Chief of Likueneng Mrs. ‘Makholu Moshoeshoe has pleaded with her counterparts to become nutrition champions in their various wards as asked by His Majesty King Letsie III after being nominated as FAO’s Special Goodwill Ambassador for Nutrition.
Moshoeshoe stated this at the Food and Nutrition event held at Ha Potsane, where the latter encouraged families to have plots to produce vegetables and fruits in promotion of health eating habits.
One the other hand, Lerato Mokhele who pioneered as the little Minister of Agriculture Food Security and Nutrition, stated that the country is faced with an enormous food security, a challenge which could be defeated by producing food in large scale, for both commercial and consumption purposes. . .
